Respecting The Process

"Telling people how to be creative is easy - it's only being it that's difficult." -John Cleese

My business card says that I am a "Creative Consultant." I liked the way it looked and enjoyed how it sounded. It seemed more capable and ambitious than "Videographer." Felt more intriguing than "Director." And more importantly inspires people to ask, "What does this mean?"

Out With The Old, In With The New!

It’s no surprise that stale marketing content and dated imagery on a company website can sometimes discourage clients to visit again. In some circumstances, this can even make your competitors look more desirable. Clearly, this is no good for business. So why do many of us work so hard to have a web presence when starting a business, but then tend to place it on the back burner of marketing priorities once it's been completed?

Why Did I Get Into Photography

I’ve had a few different forays into photography over the years but I was never satisfied with the results. Started off in art college using black and white film and having to develop my own film. Going into a darkroom to load film into a canister in total darkness and dealing with chemicals, left me in the dark. Loved taken the photos, hated the development stage. Next came slides, better, but having to wait for days to see what you shot meant many rolls of film went undeveloped. It was also costly.
