At the 7th annual Guelph Awards of Excellence Gala on June 14th, Platypi Designs was awarded the Guelph Quality Awards (GQA) certificates in the categories of Planning and People Focus. These certificates are given to companies who have demonstrated excellent quality in each particular area of focus, and three companies were presented certificates for 2006.
