Planning For Profit
The Business has a Profit only when there is cash left after the expenses/overhead are covered and YOU have been paid!
The presentation will be directed to the Proprietary Business although much of the approach can apply to an incorporation as well. The intent is to have the Proprietary Entrepreneur view his/her business differently than the government does.
Topics that will be covered will be:
- How to price your service so that your business also makes money.
- How to determine labour and overhead.
- How to use historical information to backcast.
- How to track your performance daily and monthly.
- How to use the Prognosticator.
