Meet Sara Lodge! Sara is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Professionals since 2018. Sara runs her private practice, Sara Lodge Nutrition, online, which allows her to work with clients Canada-wide. Sara has received her diploma in Applied Nutrition and over 13 years of experience in the Health and Wellness industry. She continues to keep up to date with new trends and data, and runs her practice with a holistic approach, keeping the entire body in mind. In 2020, Sara completed her training in the Science of Well-Being through YALE University and implements several strategies from this program in the healing process. Sara’s philosophy focuses on inspiring and empowering you to enjoy good gut health with fad-free, science-based, and easily digested information. Sara has a Partnership with the Anishnabeg Outreach, our local centre for Indigenous Healing. She provides educational workshops, recipes, and Live Q&A sessions for the Indigenous community and anyone wanting to attend these events.

I'm a professional photographer serving the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding areas. I specialize in family and commercial photography. Offering services for business portraits, virtual tours, branding, and social media marketing. My goal is to create stunning photos that you WANT to share with your family, friends and clients.

I’m a labour and postpartum doula serving families in the Sherbrooke and Estrie area in Quebec. There are so many choices in birth, postpartum, and parenting. I believe that the birthing person/parent knows what is best for themselves and their baby. Some people think that doulas only attend a certain type of birth. This couldn’t be farther from the truth! I attend births in home or in the hospital. I attend births with natural pain management or medicated pain management (or both!). I attend c-sections. At any stage and any outcome – I am there for you. I support you whatever your birth experience looks like. I also offers car seat checks, education, and installations as a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).
