Overview:  Selling is about relationships, and successful salespeople are often outstanding psychologists first.  Using the principles of The Birkman Method®, developed by Roger W. Birkman, Ph.D., Pam will discuss how our approach helps and hinders our success in developing good relationships with our clients, and how we can modify our sales styles to suit our clients' different personalities.
