This one hour seminar will be held on Monday September 24th at Seven Shores Trading Company, 72 Leger St. Kitchener from 7 - 8 pm. The second of these seminars will be held at the Stanley Park Zehrs Community Room on Saturday October 13th from 10 am - 11 am.
