She set a goal 5 years ago to connect with people who lived in Europe, so that she could secure speaking engagements in such places as Geneva, Ireland and the UK. Knowing how to use LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter have all been an integral part of Linda reaching her goal. Linda will share how Social Media can be fun and easy to use and how you can grow your client base by sharing her strategy.

Birkman, Ph.D., Pam will discuss how our approach helps and hinders our success in developing good relationships with our clients, and how we can modify our sales styles to suit our clients' different personalities.
