SBCN Launches Coffee Time Chat

We're delighted to launch SBCN Coffee Time Chat - a video series featuring interviews with SBCN members, sponsors and business leaders.

As you know, we promote getting to know your network by meeting face-to-face over a coffee to build strong relationships. We're extending this concept to video, where SBCN Co-Founder Linda Ockwell-Jenner will be sharing a coffee with some inspiring members of our community.

A Candid And Open Testimonial via an SBCN Member

LindaOJ here, co-founder of the SBCN and I want to share this very candid and open testimonial from one of the SBCN Waterloo Members for a couple of reasons. In business today it is a constant struggle to retain clients and know they are loyal to your business. Being totally honest I know from my perspective as a customer I sometimes to forget to say thank you or well done to the people with whom I do business. When we, the SBCN, receives those thank you's and people share with us they are happy to be a part of our organization we know without a doubt we are doing something right.
