LindaOJ here, co-founder of the SBCN and I want to share this very candid and open testimonial from one of the SBCN Waterloo Members for a couple of reasons. In business today it is a constant struggle to retain clients and know they are loyal to your business. Being totally honest I know from my perspective as a customer I sometimes to forget to say thank you or well done to the people with whom I do business. When we, the SBCN, receives those thank you's and people share with us they are happy to be a part of our organization we know without a doubt we are doing something right.
Happy and prosperous New Year and Thank You for your support in 2013.
The Small Business Community Network (SBCN) has a lot of exciting plans for this new year and we want you to know that we are here to continue to guide, support, mentor and cheer you on as you take the next steps to your success.
