I’m a labour and postpartum doula serving families in the Sherbrooke and Estrie area in Quebec. There are so many choices in birth, postpartum, and parenting. I believe that the birthing person/parent knows what is best for themselves and their baby. Some people think that doulas only attend a certain type of birth. This couldn’t be farther from the truth! I attend births in home or in the hospital. I attend births with natural pain management or medicated pain management (or both!). I attend c-sections. At any stage and any outcome – I am there for you. I support you whatever your birth experience looks like. I also offers car seat checks, education, and installations as a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).
