### Seniors not wanting to give up their independence, young families struggling with job loss or a martial break up are often cases where they have to sell but may not want to. Here are 12 tips on how not to sell your home 

- ### Forget about the baking an apple pie or baking cookies...Cook fish just before the potential buyers arrive
- ### Don’t leave...Stay home and best of all go to bed when you expect a showing
- ### Never price your home similar to your competition you List your home at least $10,000 more
- ### Go next door when there is a showing and ask your neighbour to show you how loud his stereo can go
- ### Loosen all your door knobs and handles
- ### Forget to shut off your alarm and oops! you didn’t give your realtor the disarming code
