My IT Guy has been providing small businesses in the area with reliable, friendly tech support for nearly 6 years, and is now looking to grow the team again with another technician eager to join a rapidly growing small business. My IT Guy is known for being friendly, professional and outgoing, so the applicant must possess these important traits:

- Friendly
- Patient and Understanding
- Professional
- Strong communication skills are absolutely essential
 
### Typical duties:

- Desktop support
- Server set up and maintenance
- Network troubleshooting
- Virus removals
- Wireless Network set ups
- Application troubleshooting
- VPN Configuration
- Submitting accurate and timely reports of work done
 
The applicant must have 5 years experience in the IT field and a strong understanding of typical small business systems, including: Desktop support, Exchange Servers, VPN, Network Setup and Maintenance etc.

As an on-site service, access to a vehicle is required and a valid license is mandatory.

We are looking for somebody who is passionate about working in a smaller, growth oriented company with an ever increasing, dedicated customer base.
