SBCN Waterloo Region

The Waterloo Region chapter of the SBCN is where it all began! Founded in 2003, it has grown from strength-to-strength with a simple formula: provide an environment where business can flourish. The Waterloo Region chapter offers a monthly networking event in addition to a number of topic-specific special events throughout the year including our renouned Summer and Christmas Social events and SBCN Connect.

Monthly Networking Events

The SBCN Waterloo Region holds a monthly networking event, on the third Wednesday of the month from 7pm-9pm, at the following location:

Chapter Directors: 

Linda Ockwell-Jenner is Co-Founder of the Small Business Community Network (SBCN) and launched the Waterloo Region chapter in 2003. She is also President of Motivational Steps, a professional speaking and consulting business.

Dave Ockwell-Jenner co-founded the Small Business Community Network in 2003, starting the inaugural Waterloo Region chapter with wife, Linda. He runs Prime Information Security - a boutique security company helping small businesses protect information.
