When thinking of selling you home"think like a buyer". Spring is here and For Sale signs are up. With so many homes on the market today,if a house is not in move-in condition,buyers will say,lets see another house. Lets face it, who wants to see wall dings,,ceiling stains,sloppy paint jobs,old wallpaper and most of all weird colours. A few quality upgrades such as paint, can seperate it from the others. Suggestions:remove the old paper, its a visual turn-off.

Over the past several years we have become more aware of our changing climate. The focus has been on our enviroment. Several measures have been taken on improving our air we breathe,our waters and food chain. As a painter for 27 years I have been introduced to solvent based paints. I have heard stories from senior painters who are retired, and who are feeling the after effects of using theses paints.
