I Don't Have a Bucket, Should I Feel Sorry For Myself?

I don't have a bucket full of all the things I want to do before I die. What I do have and have always had is a desire to enjoy my life, through work and pleasure. I am passionate about change and helping others. Do I need a bucket I keep asking myself, do you know the answer?

2009 is Here! A Time for new Beginnings and Future Success!

Happy New Year to you all! I have set my goals and know the path I am taking on my journey of growth for this New Year! I am excited, motivated and passionate about moving forward.

My Mini Cooper is now looking good with my logo, website and business name on it, and people are already letting me know they spotted my Lindymobile out and about, how exciting!

Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook are still fantastic social networking places you can find me, why not connect with me on one or all of those sites and see where it takes you?

Changing Goals?

You set your goals, can you remember when? Did you ever re-visit those goals and set a time stamp on them, and know that you had set an attainable time in which to reach your goals? Goals are like people, plants, and food, if you leave them alone for long they can whither away, die, and go stale. People need nourishment and nurturing, as do plants, and food left uneaten and forgotten is wasted and has to be thrown away. Did you throw your goals away or are they alive and flourishing?

You Need to be Aware in Order to be a Social Networker, be Healthy, Have Happy Relationships

Awareness is one of the most important things that we can practise. When we are born we are very aware of everything that is going on around us, as we grow older we tend to tune out of some things, whether they are certain noises, pains we may be experiencing in our bodies, reading whole sentences, which in essence makes us less aware.

Which Smartphone Will You Pick - Will it be the new Apple IPhone?

I have to laugh at all the hype out there about Smartphones, I am so
happy with my Telus pink phone that looks like an IPod, it suits my
needs. On the otherhand my husband Dave has been impatiently awaiting
the arrival of the new IPhone here in Ontario Canada for so long it has
been painful for the poor guy. Dave knows that if he still lived in the
UK he would have his pick of many, much better phones and better rate
plans than where we live so he moans a bit about that. Ok so we are far
behind Europe in that area but I believe you should work with what you

For the 2nd year running the  Waterloo Region Small Business Centre in Kitchener and the Small Business Community Network Group have partnered for the 2nd annual Small Business Showcase: Bridges to Better Business Event. In 2007 we offered the small business owners a chance not only to purchase a booth and showcase their products and services, but also a chance to connect with other small business owners. Working on my New Keynote

Yes I know, this is the long weekend in Canada, Canada Day in fact, but a sole proprietors work is never done as they say. An excellent opportunity has come my way, an opportunity I must say I worked hard for and did not just arrive in my email as if by magic. As I am now recognized as an expert in some areas of Health & Wellness, Prevention, Early Detection, Awareness, to name a few areas, my clients look to me to offer keynotes and workshops in this area.

Social Networking

Who are you? Does anyone know who you are and what you do? Social networking is an excellent way to raise more exposure about you, your company, your products and services. Personally I am a member of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Ning, Gather and the one and only Small Business Community Network Group!
